Eating well can feel easier.

Appetite changes. Routines shift. Nutrition advice can feel confusing.

I help you turn general recommendations into everyday meals and habits that fit your life.

Science matters. So does real life.

I’m Claudia Solt, MS, Nutrition and Wellness Consultant.

My background began in nutrition science and metabolic research. Working in senior care showed me how often good information gets lost in everyday life.

Senior Care Nutrition LLC grew out of that gap: practical, personalized nutrition education and support for changing appetites, routines, and stages of life.

Does any of this feel familiar?

Your appetite
has changed.

You feel fuller sooner, food doesn’t appeal like it used to, or eating feels like a chore.

You’re unsure
what to buy or cook.

You want simple meal ideas, easier grocery shopping, and ways to use leftovers, reduce food waste, and enjoy eating, including convenient foods.

You want support
that fits your life.

You’re looking for realistic guidance that meets you where you are, without strict rules.

Good nutrition plays an important role in healthy aging.

Nutrition needs can change as we age. Getting enough protein and a variety of nutrients helps support muscle maintenance, while adequate food and fluid intake are important for strength, energy, and everyday well-being.

But knowing what to eat and making it happen are two different things, especially when appetite changes, cooking becomes less appealing, or you are preparing meals for one.

At Senior Care Nutrition LLC, I bring together nutrition science and practical, personalized guidance to help make those everyday decisions easier.

Science matters. So does real life.

My career has taken a few unexpected turns, from studying nutrition and obesity in a PhD program to working in research, wellness, and senior services. Somewhere along the way, I realized that what I enjoyed most wasn’t simply understanding the science of nutrition, but finding ways to make that knowledge genuinely useful in people’s everyday lives.

Senior Care Nutrition LLC grew out of those experiences and my belief that getting good nutrition advice shouldn’t feel complicated, overwhelming, or disconnected from the way people actually live.
